2012 Symposium Poster Presenter Guidelines

Poster can be put up on September 20, 2012 (Thursday): 8:00 – 9:00 hrs

Poster presentation and Discussion:

Venue: Indian Embassy Auditorium

September 20, 2012 (Thursday): 12:50 - 14:10 hrs

Poster presentation is free discussion.  Presenters are required to stand in front of their poster to answer questions from participants during specified discussion time. 

The organizers cordially invite all the poster presenters to the LUNCH:

Display:

·      The board size is big enough to accommodate 80 cm wide X 120 cm long poster.

·      Poster format is kept free.

·      Poster number will be posted on your assigned board. 

·      Pins for mounting will be available at the venue.

·      Poster presenters should wear their name badges/business card (name card holders will be provided at the reception desk).

Poster removal time: September 20, 2012 (Thursday): 17:30 – 18:00 hrs

Asian Allergy Asthma Foundation (AAAF) in collaboration with ISAJ will present four best poster awards for this year’s symposium.  Each award consists of 25,000 Yen and a certificate.  In the event that there is more than one author, the award is given to the main author of the presentation.  The awards will be announced and presented at the concluding session of the symposium on September 21, 2012 (14:30-15:30 hrs).

**All the poster presenters will be awarded with the participation certificate.
